Terms of Service
Last updated: April 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of DiscountOneCard (the "Service"), a digital discount-card membership platform operated by ClickingSpree (the "Company"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and a valid email address when you sign up.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and any passkeys secure, and for all activity on your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service, including sharing credentials.
2. Memberships
- Memberships are annual and start on the day you sign up. They are not pro-rated. Cancelling a membership ends access immediately; no refunds are issued for unused time.
- Family plans cover up to four people (one leader plus three invited members). Leaders cannot swap an occupied seat for 90 days after that seat was last filled.
- Discounts and offers are provided by independent local businesses. We do not guarantee availability, quality, or honoring of any specific offer. Business partners may add, remove, or change offers at any time.
- Attempting to use another person's account or transferring an account is grounds for suspension.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't misrepresent a membership (e.g., showing a screenshot of someone else's card).
- Don't use the Service to harass, defraud, or spam anyone.
- Don't try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
- Don't scrape or redistribute content without permission.
4. Business partners
- Businesses listing offers are responsible for the accuracy of their offer details and for honoring valid redemptions during normal business hours.
- Businesses can hide or remove their own offers at any time via their owner account.
5. Organizations & affiliate codes
- A portion of membership revenue goes to the sponsoring organization, per the arrangement between that organization and the Company.
- Affiliate codes direct a percentage of a member's fee to the cause the code represents, as configured by the organization admin. The Company is not responsible for disbursement between an organization and its affiliates.
6. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use data. By using the Service you consent to those practices.
7. Content & intellectual property
The Service, its design, and its software are owned by the Company and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. business descriptions, photos) but grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it as part of the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific uptime, or that any particular offer will be honored. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You can cancel your membership at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app banner. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
